GENERAL INFORMATION ON ISJA 2004

 

Airport:

Teams must arrive at the International Airport of Guarulhos GRU.

 

Transport:

Transport to and from the airport to the hotel is included in the package deal.

Team managers must please notify the travel agent of their arriving and departing times at Guarulhos  International Airport.

All bookings for the tournament hotel must be made through the travel agent.

Any other land arrangements, for example tours before or after the tournament, can also be arranged with the travel agent.

The Hotel:

The official tournament hotel is the Matsubara Hotel.

The hotel is situated next to a Paulista avenue ( moust famos avenue of brazil a huge of many shopping complex. There are many restaurants in the complex as well as movies, shops, a chemist, disco, banks (foreign exchange), etc.

 

The Package:

The package deal includes 5 nights accommodation including breakfast at the matsubara hotel and transfers from and to Guarulhos International Airport.

 

Doble:     R$ 105,00 + 5% tax ISS + R$ 2,00 tax of turism

Triplo:    R$ 135,00 + taxas

Single:    R$ 100,00 + taxas

 

Transfer fees:

The price is R$ 70,00 to airport hotel / hotel airport.

Visas:

Please make sure that you apply for a visa if you need one for Brazil. Your travel agents are more than welcome to contact our travel agent for assistance. If you need any information from us in order to be able to apply for a visa, please feel free to contact us, some countries need to recive yellow fever vacin, this procedure it’s valid because many persons come from São Paulo and after go from Amazon Forest ( 5.00 KM far) São Paulo it’s the thirth biggest city of the world and we don’t have cases of infections seekness.

 

Travel Insurance and Medical Insurance:

Please make sure that your medical insurance , which will ensure that you are treated in decent hospitals.

 

Spectator fees:

The organisers will provide a number of VIP tickets for each of the 3 days for international spectators.

Weigh – in:

 

The weigh - in will be carried out in accordance with the ISJA organisation rules. No departure from the weight limit will be permitted.

The weigh - in will be conducted on 17 june night until 15 years old and 18 june night fron 16 years old over forall Teams.

Competitors will be weighed in under the supervision of a weigh - in official of the same gender, and two ISJA directors. Only one (1) weigh - in per competitor will be permitted on the scale during the official weigh - in period.

No tolerance will be allowed and a test scale will be available before official weigh - in.

 

Tournament format/draw:

 

The draw will be conducted in accordance with the ISJA organisation rules.

The method of competition will be announced in due course.

Dress: Dress Suite (Sports Jacket and tie)

Cost: R$ 75,00.00 per person

A Cash bar and entertainment will be available until 23h30.

Please provide a name list of how many people in your group will attend the banquet by travel agent but  the banquet must to be payed for me.

National Federations must pay the organising committee  an entry fee of R$ 100,00 over 16 years old and R$50,00 until 15 years old.
