Quantum Jujitsu hosts Claudio Franca this weekend at Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania. The 3rd degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt will teach a workshop focusing entirely on ground fighting, when one or both opponents are on the ground. With more than 30 years experience teaching and competing in BJJ, Franca will focus on guard sweeps and following up to control positions and submissions, as well as knee ride and more.
Franca will be assisted by 2nd degree BJJ purple belt Mike Roberts, a 2003 Pan American Silver Medalist. He was a Gold Medallist in the 2001 U.S. Open and the 2001 Jiu-Jitsu by the Sea tournament. Mike is also a certified instructor of Muay Thai kickboxing under Master V. Phon of San Diego.
Don't miss out on this low priced workshop. Admission is only $2.00 for PSU students and $5.00 for others -- Franca’s workshops are usually $50-$150.
All experience levels are welcome this Saturday, November 8 from 12:00PM to 4:00PM in the Rec. Hall Wrestling Room at PSU.
