Unfortunately the US. sport jujitsu organization is no longer in existence. However there is a format available in which those of you who did sport jujitsu can compete in. The AAU (amateur athletic union) Is holding jujitsu competitions across the US. the rules for AAU freestyle jujitsu are very similar to those used by the sports jujitsu organization. The AAU also has Gi and no Gi grappling divisions as well as traditional jujitsu kumite and duo kata (a self defense demonstration format) divisions. All total each AAU tournament has five fighting events and one demonstration event in which you could compete for more information and the complete set of rules go to aausports.org and look up jujitsu under the sports icon.
