NEWS FLASH ISJA 2002

The travel agent contacted me regarding the hotel bookings for ISJA
2002.
The Hotel needs confirmation of the number of rooms we require by 17
April 2002.
Any rooms not booked by then will then be released to the hotel again.
They also require a deposit of 40% by the end of April and the balance
by 30 June 2002.

Money can be deposited directly into the following account:

Please fax a copy of the payment to 027 - 12 - 998 3414.

We also need to know your departure dates from South Africa after the
championships, in order for the travel agent to book your rooms.

Bookings for the "Africa Adventure" must be done before 15 May 2002,
limited space are available; this will be handled strictly on a first
come first serve basis.

All bookings for the hotel and the "African Adventure" must be done
through the travel agent:
