Zaprasza wszystkich chętnych powyżej 12 roku życia do udziału w obozie
rekreacyjno-sportowym ju-jitsu i samoobrony. Bez względu na stopień
zaawansowania czy też uprawiany system. Zapraszamy również osoby nic
wcześniej nie ćwiczące i chcące poszerzyć swoją wiedzę w tym zakresie.

Wyżywienie: pełna opcja (śniadanie,obiad,kolacja)
Zakwaterowanie: pokoje 3 osobowe - hotel sportowy (w każdym pokoju
prysznic)
Treningi: w zależności od zaawansowania i chęci od 1 - 6 razy dziennie
(treningi w terenie i na sali sportowej z matą)
Do dyspozycji dwie hale sportowe (jedna z matą zapaśniczą druga do
koszykówki, siatkówki itp.) i siłownia

Summer camp
We would like to kindly invite to take part in our Ju-Jitsu Sport -
Recreation Camp organised in Włodawa on the Bug. The duration of this Camp
is from 1 August to 14 August 2001.
If you are a beginner or if you have a black belt, do not hesitate our Camp!
This Camp is recommended for all persons! We warrant bed in 2-3 persons room
with bathroom, 3 meals (breakfast, dinner and supper), methodical,
psychological and sport care, from 1 to 6 training per day (we offer
training in full tatami sport hall, or outdoor training). Additionally for
interested we propose excursions, sport games (volleyball, table tennis),
swimming in the nearby lake, course how to use Chinese chop sticks, and many
others.
