The list is primarily for umpires, but all who have an interest in officiating Little League baseball are welcome.

Believe me it's happened to me before! They had to get the riding mower out a week before a game and brush off the snow within the infield. To say the least

I have trained numerous youth umpires, several are working D1 now. I have a set of brothers that are working Pony games as a team and also work big field

I have no problem "in theory" with what you are doing but "paying for four man crews on minor games" is a bit much to me. Yes, you are training "extra"
