Day use at Bird Island is hardly ever completely full. If you're there by 10AM you can pretty much have your choice of spots. I was there in Mar. and Apr. and

Hi Jose. At your suggestion, I did try out uship.com but found their rates rather excessive. Fedex Ground quoted $86 to ship a box of dimensions 6ft x 2ft x

When I was in college back in the early 70's I had a girlfriend whose family lived in Port O'Conner. Sometimes when I visited there was a lot of wind there.
