This group is primarily devoted to Thoroughbred horseracing,
handicapping and breeding, but will also include other areas
of equestrian activities of the Thoroughbred and other breeds.
Discussion of both US and international racing will be included.
The only group requirement is a willingness to engage in
intelligent and respectful discussion about horses and racing
and to share and/or gain new knowledge of this beautiful sport
and these noble animals. Members who are disrespectful by insulting other members or using disrepectful names, such as pigs or nags, in refering to horses will be banned. To improve handicapping skills, should member interest and requests justify it, Races of the Week may be selected and PP's presented so that members can make selections and post them to the group. Results are then analyzed so we can learn from each other's experiences.
Our new cover horse is the great racemare Zenyatta, shown winning the Breeders' Cup Classic, who follows the brilliant filly Rachel Alexandra, her main rival for HOTY, who holds the record for the most weeks as our covergirl.
